The purpose of these questions is to be able to evaluate responses based on who a specific benefit or compensation program is meant to serve (e.g., are people between 20-45 satisfied with parental leave).
Note: You do not need this section if using a survey tool that is integrated with HRIS data.

Benefits
All 5-point Likert scales from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree unless otherwise indicated. If you offer different benefits in different locations globally, segment by location and offering.

- I am satisfied with the amount of information I receive on [insert company name]’s benefits.
- The People Operations team is knowledgable about the benefits that [insert company name] offers.
